SPL1 had a fun time with Alison during our Theraplay session. We engaged in playful activities that fostered connection and trust. We started with a fun game of “bubble blowing’ where everyone took turns at bursting a bubble with different body parts, leading to giggles and smiles all around. One of the most relaxing moments was when we stroked our face with a feather, feeling its gentle touch and calming effect. We also played “pass the feather” where we blew the feather to each other, adding a playful twist to our relaxation. We had a fantastic time and look forward to our next session of Theraplay.
