The girls and boys from P4 had a fantastic opportunity to meet author Derek Kietly at the Whiterock Library. Derek captivated the children with his magical talents and storytelling skills! Sean Og even had the chance to become a wizard himself!
The P3s had a great time workshop at Whiterock Library too. Liz Weir is a storyteller and writer from Northern Ireland. Japanese-born storyteller Masako Carey has lived in rural Co Antrim since 2001. Both Liz and Masako told the children some great stories. Thank you to the authors and Whiterock Library for such a great opportunity.
