Mrs Boyd's Back to School message

Dear Parent/Guardian,
Good afternoon, I hope everyone had a lovely Easter break.

Service for Pope Francis
Father Brendan has asked me to inform you that a service will be held in St
Peter’s Cathedral at 7.00pm on Wednesday 30th April 2025, in memory of Pope
Francis. Everyone is welcome to attend and pay their respects. Bishop Alan will
be presiding over the service.

Canteen
Unfortunately, we have been informed that hot meals in the canteen will not
resume until Wednesday 30th April. Children, entitled to free school meals, will
be provided with a packed lunch tomorrow (29th April).

Parking
Can I ask Parents/Guardians, who are dropping children off and collecting
them from school, to please have consideration for our neighbours on the
Monagh Road and refrain from parking in the adjoining cul de sacs.

First Communion
The school has a range of First Holy Communion dresses and suits. If anyone
wishes to take one of these, please contact Mrs Boyd.

Attendance
Over the next few weeks, the children will be completing their standardised
tests. Can I ask parents to please ensure that their child is in school every day
so they do not miss out on valuable revision or the test itself.
