Holy Trinity P.S. will close for the Summer Holidays on Thursday 30th June at 11.00 am. There will be no dinners on this day. Pupils who receive transport from EA will finish on Wednesday as there will be no transport on Thursday. School will reopen on Wednesday 31st August from 9:00am to 11:00am.
Mass will be held in Holy Trinity Church on Wednesday 22nd June at 1:30pm.
P4-P7 children will all attend.

On Saturday 11th June we were represented at the Feis Bhéal Feirste by a mixture of Primary 5’s and Primary 6’s. The girls worked extremely hard in preparation and their hard efforts were rewarded. The spoke clearly, fluently and with expression and did our school proud. Overall we came away with 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 2 Bronze. Maith sibh a chaíliní.
We were delighted to be part of an e-Learning ICT Project with St Louise’s College this year. A group of 24 children from Primary 7 attended a series of monthly workshops. Children used a wide variety of software and iPads, PC and video to produce work across the 5Es of Explore, Express, Exchange, Evaluate and Exhibit. We were very impressed with the coding section of the project using Minecraft and Lightbot.
On Wednesday 1st June Mrs Mc Areavey, Mrs Rooney and our Primary 7 children attended the final showcase to present their work in front of invited guests. It was a great day and the children thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the workshops. Mrs Mc Areavey’s class won the ‘Best Poster’ Award. We would like to thank St Louise’s for inviting us to be part of such a technology rich project.
We would also like to say a huge well done to our Primary 7s who worked so hard.
Children will finish on Friday 27th May at 11:30 a.m . We will be closed on the Bank Holiday Monday. School resumes on Tuesday 31st May.

Holy Communion will take place on Saturday 14th May at 11.00am. Children need to be seated by 10.40am. Come early to secure your seat as seats will not be reserved. Unfortunately, this year refreshments will not be provided in the Parish Centre. The photographer will be in school on Monday 16th May.
All parents should receive notification of their child’s placement in P1 in Holy Trinity before Tuesday 3rd May.
P1 induction meeting will take place in Holy Trinity at 1.00 on the 10th May.
Holy Trinity will be closed from Monday 2nd May -Friday 6th May.

Jake from P7MT has been awarded the City of Belfast School of Music Parents Association Endeavour Award for his participation in the Junior Winds Group. This will be presented to him in the Ulster Hall on the 26th of April. Well done Jake! He is also doing his Grade Four Baritone in June. We wish him all the best.
